Service Description
People of all abilities will enjoy this low intensity interval workout. Since they are timed intervals people will work at their own level allowing a beginner to sit next to a seasoned rower and do the same workout. It allows you to do you. We finish up with a yoga inspired stretch. You leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to finish your day. Formerly called Intervals and Stretch and Paddle and Stretch.
