Service Description

Never rowed in your life? Only seen it done from afar or at the Crossfit Games? Been a minute since you’ve gotten after it? No problem! Paddle to Power classes are designed to take the most inexperienced participant and put him or her on the track to better health and fitness. Your instructor will place the most focus on ensuring you understand the basics of the stroke before anything ramps up. Rest assured, you’ll still get a great workout in. Expect a variation of medium length pieces (five to ten minutes at a time) with a few low impact exercises meant to keep you loose and ready to go.
