Service Description

This 6 week class prepares you to race 1k at the BSRA Shamrock Row on March 4, 2022. You will work on intervals between 30 seconds to 4 minutes that will build you up to hold a specific pace that is just right for you to feel confident in rowing your best 1k on March 4.
